today hab cheer & dance
woke up ealry in de morning 11
coz got to reach sch by 1pm fer cheer.
quit disappointing doh.
my performance fer cheer today was V.BAD:(
keep falling and even hurt my nose.
i didn cry,
but tears juz keep rolling down my cheeks

got to buck up.
hab regain my self confident again.
